The "1992 Catechism of the Catholic Church" Was Denounced by Our Lady of the Roses...

On Wednesday, April 7, 1993 at 10:07 am., Our Lady spoke in locution to Veronica regarding the new universal catechism: “You cannot win souls with half- truths. It is a ploy of the modernists. God never changes.”

Prior to this locution, Veronica had been reading articles on this subject. The new catechism, officially titled, “The Catechism of the Catholic Church” was published in French and released by the Vatican back in November, is 430 pages long and took 5 years to complete. Intended primarily for bishops, its objective was to provide a fresh and unified “point of reference” for the formation of national catechisms.

Be that as it may, it is clear that Heaven is not at all pleased with this teachers’ manual, and does not deem it fit for use in religious instruction: for it compromises the faith, and distorts our image of religion.

It is another attempt to reconcile the eternal truth of God to the corrosive elements of the world, the only difference here being that this catechism appears to be traditional, indeed perceived by many as a godsend--considering our current catechetical crisis--even incorporating as its basis, the traditional catechism of the Council of Trent.

But the bottom line here is that the new catechism is humanistic, this coming from Our Lady Herself. In a telephone conversation with Veronica on Saturday, April 18, the shrine director was reporting to Veronica on the original French version when Veronica suddenly exclaimed that she heard Our Lady say humanistic. For indeed this new catechism is humanistic, as it caters to the basic carnal nature of man, something we confirmed in our own research and review.

But this will also bring to mind the message of June 18, 1986, where Jesus said, “Satan himself, the deceiver of all mankind, sat in on Vatican II and maneuvered all the outsiders to come and distort My doctrines and distort the truth.”

The new catechism bears forth the spirit of Vatican II. This is at once evident when we consider that this is the first time a Church document of this magnitude has ever been published in a vernacular language (one other than Latin). This was an obvious ploy allowing modernist translators greater freedom to put their spin on the text, something Latin would not, being a dead language and therefore not open for interpretation or tampering.

Even so, as Our Lady indicated with the original French edition, it employs half truths and misconceptions which will only serve in the end to subvert the flock of Christ and mislead them into error. On Sept 28, 1974, Our Lady said, “My child, there is no reconciling a truth. There is no meeting it halfway. Avoid all occasion of sin....” This would certainly apply here, for we subject our souls to danger and contamination when we permit ourselves to come in contact with the infected leaven of Vatican II.

In other words, we must discard the new teachings and catechism and return to the pure waters of truth and tradition wherewith the faithful were properly nourished for nearly 2000 years—1965 years to be exact.* What was perfect for past generations is certainly perfect for us today--it needs no improvement. For as Our Lady said, “God never changes,” and therefore His teachings and procedures never change either.

A more stringent adherence to the rule of tradition is the only recourse for advancing in grace and bearing the heresies of our day. On August 4, 1979, Our Lord said: “I warn you as your God that you will not make any conversions that will stand the test of time by compromising the laws, the rules, and the plan of Heaven given to you throughout the ages of earth’s time.”

The moral of the story here is that the things of God may never be sullied with the world, be it His church, its teaching, its sacraments and liturgy, or the Temple of God itself, which also means us. For we, too, are temples of the Holy Ghost whom God created for himself, and therefore each soul is precious to

On Sept.14, 1985, Our Lady said, “Children are like soft flowers that must be nourished so that their stalks will grow; and their faces, the purity of their faces, shall rise to Heaven and be nourished with the fruit of life.”

The most dangerous thing about this catechism is that it has the appearance of being traditional; it has the endorsement of the Holy See, and the acclaim of numerous orthodox bishops, priests and organizations who sincerely believe that this is God’s gift and remedy for a troubled world.

We should well consider that this is the devil in his subtlest move yet to try to gain the confidence and respect of the conservative leaders in the Church, so that many will for the first time be drawn into the “spirit” of Vatican II. With this, the enemy will proceed to infect them with the modernist delusion as he has the rest, so that all that remains are the faithful and true who listen to the Queen of Heaven.

On Nov. 24,1979, Our Lady said, “The only guide you will have now are the messages from Heaven, given through various seers, and other miraculous manifestations from the Eternal Father to man.”

*We recommend the Baltimore Catechism, the 1917 Code of Cannon Law, or any proven catechism (that maybe unique to your country) that has stood the test of time.

On July 7, after years of media-generated confusion, Christoph Cardinal Schonborn, a theologian who helped author the 1992 Catechism of the Catholic Church, wrote in the New York Times clarifying the Church’s understanding of human origins.

Since 1996, the world’s secular media have claimed that Pope John Paul II endorsed Darwinian evolution as being “more than a hypothesis.” The remark, taken out of context, established in some minds that the Catholic Church was ready to abandon its adherence to the notion of a personal God who created life, the universe and everything.

In his article, Schonborn said, that the “defenders of neo-Darwinian dogma have often invoked the supposed acceptance - or at least acquiescence - of the Roman Catholic Church when they defend their theory as somehow compatible with Christian faith.”

“This,” the Cardinal says bluntly, “is not true.”

Schonborn unequivocally establishes that the Catholic Church does not endorse Darwinism. “Evolution in the sense of common ancestry might be true, but evolution in the neo-Darwinian sense - an unguided, unplanned process of random variation and natural selection - is not.”

Cardinal Schonborn, a close associate of both Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI, continued, saying, “Any system of thought that denies or seeks to explain away the overwhelming evidence for design in biology is ideology, not science.”

The New York Times, never missing an opportunity to bash prominent Catholic prelates, has suggested that Schonborn has changed his tune regarding the legitimacy of Darwinian evolution. But Darwinism, the idea that life sprang and developed into its myriad forms by means of “an unguided, unplanned process of random variation and natural selection” has never been supported by Catholic teaching.

As early as 1950, Pope Pius XII wrote that it is Catholics teaching that all human beings in some way are biologically descended from a first man, Adam. “The faithful cannot embrace that opinion which maintains that either after Adam there existed on this earth true men who did not take their origin through natural generation from him as from the first parent of all,” Pius wrote in his encyclical Humani Generis.

Two days after the Cardinal’s article appeared, the New York Times followed up with an interview with Schonborn in which he reiterated that he had been encouraged by Pope Benedict XVI to continue to refine Catholic teaching on evolution.
