The Time to Prepare is NOW!!!

Physical protection...

Store canned goods, water and blankets...
    Our Lady - "My children, not only with the canned foods will you store just food, but you must also make known to your families and your friends that they had best keep blankets and water in tight containers; for there will be on the onset of the Chastisement, there will be nothing that you can buy due to contamination." (7-1-85)

Hunger In America
    Our Lady - "My children in the United States of America, must you go hungry? Many parts of your country shall suffer from want of food, for the winter will be cold. Many shall die in the coming year, My children. There will be accidents that are not accidents. Hunger shall be in the homes of many." (12-7-78)

1) Water storage
    A clean source of water is absolutely essential to survival. Water is the most important element in survival experience. Water is more important than food. The human body can survive several weeks without food but only a few days without water an adequate supply of fresh water. Dehydration can cause severe mental impairment and eventually death. Obtaining a source of clean drinking water for future survival is an absolute necessity.
    Do not use plastic milk bottles. They are designed to disintegrate in 6 months. Heavy plastic is needed to store water. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and delis have heavy plastic pickle buckets that are great to store food and water.

2) Food storage
    The Bible and the Bayside Prophecies tell us there is going to be a famine in the last days. It would be foolish not to prepare.
    A minimum of one month supply is recommended. It is preferable to have one or two year’s or more supply of food, properly stored and on hand for any emergency will sustain you and your family, regardless of what happens with the world’s political, economic or weather situation.
    When you go shopping each week buy additional amounts of items you use for storage. Store, date and rotate your food and other items. Many stores have sales on different canned goods each week.
    Grains such as different kinds of beans, lentils, and rice are inexpensive to buy and easy to store. Always remember to have some way to cook these grains and sprout them. Be sure to keep them in tight containers.
   Spices are also important to change the taste of beans or rice so they don't get boring.
   Iodized salt is another key item to store. It is a necessary item to survive.
   The Mormons store wheat, honey, salt, and non-fat powered milk. These four food items have all the nutrition to survive. The wheat can be sprouted or cooked for cereal or ground into flour to make bread.
    Sprouting of seeds such as alfalfa is an excellent source of nutritious foods. Making the Best of Basics book has an excellent chapter on sprouting. It is simple and easy.
    Store extra food for your loved ones or as an item for bartering. In the future food will be a key bartering item.
    Keep a supply of sterno heaters to heat food and water.

3) Medical supplies, prescriptions and sanitation
    Make a list of medical and sanitation supplies you may need. Keep additional prescriptions on hand if possible. Possible substitutions can be made from a health food store. One person found organic thyroid (kelp) tablets that were the same size as her prescription at 1/4 the cost. Now she could stock up for the future when she will be unable to get or fill her subscription.
    The following was the title of an article after Hurricane Mitch: Cardiac patients run short of nitroglycerin tablets after hurricane. Keep this in mind – for all health conditions and medical needs – you will need to have at least a 3-day supply in an emergency kit – but if possible – a 3-month supply available would be of great benefit.
    A lot of doctors will write subscriptions for 3 months worth of medicine. Group Health in Washington State will fill prescriptions for 3 months time. Talk with your doctor. Tell him you are setting up an emergency kit in case of disaster and would like to have a stock of medicine. Think along these lines – what would I need most if…. Then prepare yourself and loved ones with what you think you will need.
    Store toilet paper, rubbing alcohol, Epsom salts, hydrogen peroxide, etc. Also plan for some type of toilet facilities. If the water is off then toilets won't flush.
    Have a First-Aid kit, supplies and books on hand. Watch a first aid video. A minor injury in the future may be life threatening because doctors may not be available. Know how to treat different types of minor injuries.
    Keep an extra pair of eyeglasses in a case of an emergency.

4) Household products
    Soap is one of the most important items to have. In World War II some people were continuously ill because they didn't have soap for dishes, laundry, bathing, or for washing their hands.
    Matches are very important to start fires for heating and cooking. Keep them stored in waterproof containers.

5) Have material to cover windows . . .
    There will be flashes of lighting and peals of thunder and other noises outside during the Great Warning. It would be advisable to have room-darkening shades, heavy drapes, cardboard, Styrofoam sheets or other material to cover the windows. Window coverings with an insulation factor will be helpful in the cold weather.

6) Pets will be protected during the Great Warning
    Our Lady - "Do not seek to receive your animals into your homes, for the animals of those who have remained of well spirit will be taken care of." (6-12-76)

The three day test...
  In the middle of winter and in the middle of summer turn off the water, gas or heat, electricity and see how well you survive for three days. Just imagine what life would be like without utilities. This will help give you ideas of what you need to do to prepare for the days ahead.

Spiritual protection...
    The following is a list of things we need to do to prepare spiritually for the Great Warning:

Cleanse your soul
"You must cleanse your souls of all sin, mortal and venial."

Ten Commandments
"These are the Commandments of the Father. Break one and the gates of hell are open to you. You will place these in prominence in your household." - March 24, 1974 

Crucifix on front and back doors...
    Jesus - "Pray and wear your sacramentals. And, also, My children, I ask you again to place a crucifix upon your door. Both front and back doors must have a crucifix. I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas, and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors." (6-30-84)

Lessening
"The beads of prayer [Rosary] will be the major instrument for the lessening of the Chastisement upon your country." - Our Lady, April 14, 1973

Wear the Brown Scapular
"I promise you all, when you wear My Brown Scapular, you shall not be condemned to hell. I repeat: if you pass on over the veil and are wearing the Brown Scapular, you shall not see the fires of hell." - Our Lady, September 14, 1985

Our Lady's promise...
"My children, you must all unite in prayer, link for link, using the sacramentals given to you from Heaven, the beads of prayer, your Rosary, the Scapular of life; for I promise you: All who wear the Brown Scapular shall never feel the fires of hell. Even the greatest of sinner will be converted and saved if he will wear the Brown Scapular when he passes over the veil, when he leaves, My child and My children, his body at the moment you call upon earth death. But I say unto you as your Mother, for My Son and all Heaven, there is no death! For you continue to live with full consciousness when you leave your body. Then, My child and My children, what will be your reaction if you have not used every means possible to store graces for a quick entrance into the Kingdom of your God?" - Our Lady, August 14, 1979

Spared
"Remember: one Rosary a day, at least - at least, I say, must be prayed in the home that is to be spared." - Jesus, April 14, 1984

Keep Rosary with you at all times
"I look across the world, and I see so few that carry their beads of prayer. Whatever shall they do when they are forced to run? When the Chastisement comes upon you, many will flee with whatever they have on their backs or on their persons. Therefore, My children, it is not for decoration that I have asked you to wear your beads of prayer about your neck. It was for when you flee; you will have your armor upon you." - Our Lady, May 30, 1973

Visit Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament
"My Son is very lonely in His House. Won't you come with compassion and ease His loneliness? You do not abandon those you love. Have you no love for your Creator? Have you no love for He Who gave His life upon earth for you? Have you no love for He Who still sheds His Blood for you?" - Our Lady, March 18, 1973

Your refuge
"My child, this is My Son. We ask all mankind to save their eternal soul, their immortal soul, in the Blood, the wounds of My Son. The tabernacles of the world shall be your refuge. Come to My Son. He will nourish you with His Body." - Our Lady, July 15,1975

Return to the Sacraments
"Return to the graces of your Sacraments and Holy Church, or condemn yourselves to eternity with Lucifer! Consecrate your home with the Holy Spirit. Use the waters of life to chase the demons from within your homes."

Commandments must be followed
"Permissiveness shall not be accepted by your God. Sin is sin; there is no compromise for sin. Mortal sin is a grievous offense to the Eternal Father. The Commandments shall be followed without permissiveness."

Confess mortal sins to a priest
"Pray a constant vigilance of prayer, My children. All who are in the pure spirit of light will have nothing to fear. If you fall victim to satan, you must immediately run to receive a new store of grace from your pastor in confession and the receiving of My Son's Body. My children, you must concentrate now all on saving the souls of your children and those you love. There is not much time left." - Our Lady, August 13, 1977

Supplies & preparations:
1) Home Protection Packet
    Thousands of homes have been protected from misfortune by having the crucifixes on the outside doors. Our Lord stated we must have crucifixes upon the outside of all of our outside doors. In the Heaven's Home Protection Packet there are instructions, four crucifixes, and a tube of special cement for wooden or metal crucifixes. Put a light coat of cement on the back of the crucifix and then press it to the outside of the door. Item # P15 Suggested donation $5.00 each.

2) Personal Protection Packet
    Our Lady tells us to be protected from evil we should ware the following sacramentals around our necks: a Rosary, the St. Benedict Medal, a crucifix, the Miraculous Medal and the scapular. We have all of these available in Heaven's Personal Protection Packet. Item #P5 for a suggested donation of $5.00 each.

3) Keep blessed candles on hand.
    Our Lady asks us to keep blessed candles for the Warning. We have available in a package 2 blessed beeswax 5 5/8 candles. Item #M16 for a suggested donation of $4.00 each.

4) Keep blessed Rose Petals and medals on hand
    The Rose Petals and medals blessed by Jesus and Mary are for cures and conversions.

5) Keep a Bible that was printed before 1964 and other traditional religious books.

7) Make Holy Hours before Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
    We should make weekly Holy Hours at a minimum. It is best if we made a daily Holy Hour.

Food of the Angels . . .
    Our Lady - "I have a great secret to give to you and all those who are knowledgeable. Human food is not necessary. Know, there is a secret I reveal to you at this time. You can be nourished by the Body and Blood of My Son. For the secret, My child, is that you will be fed the manna from Heaven.
    "You asked, My child, what is `manna'? At this time, My child, let us just call it the food of the angels." (9-13-74)

Home spared in Hiroshima, Japan . . .
    There is connection between atomic explosion in Hiroshima, Japan and the events in Fatima, because one group of Jesuits (most notably, Fr. Schiffer) survived this explosion and they lived right in the middle of Hiroshima where the explosion occurred. They prayed the Rosary daily, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima. Scientists were not able to find an answer on this but theologians did: "They lived the Message of Fatima".
