Bishop Robert Morlino Explains Why Surrogacy Is a ‘Moral Evil’...
"My child, there is also one thing I wish to discuss with you for
the world, for all of the world's children to know, how Heaven feels about their
diabolical search for life in a test tube. Yes, My child, I know this shocks
you, but you are fully aware of what is going on. Your news medias seem to enjoy
putting these evils before your eyes and your ears and your readings. Yes, We
frown upon surrogate mothers. We shall not tolerate the making of children from
one to the other.
"The sacrament of Marriage was given for the union of
man and woman in love and godliness. There is nothing godly about a man who sets
himself up to play God and starts revolving innocent - I
prefer to call My children innocent, because in that way I do not refuse them
even penance for their sins
but they must know that you cannot bring life in a test tube. This will not be
accepted by Heaven.

the spirit within them at the moment of conception, because their conception is
from a test tube, and an instrument of a so-called doctor upon earth. He
is a doctor, not of divinity but of sin...

Surrogacy is a "moral evil" that commidifies human beings and subverts the natural relationship between husband and wife, Bishop Robert Morlino of Madison, Wisconsin, explained to the faithful earlier this month.
Morlino, known for his vocations-attracting orthodoxy, said this in a talk at Holy Family parish on May 18.
Morlino has a doctorate in moral theology and is on the Board of Directors of the National Catholic Bioethics Center.
Pink & Blue Surrogacy and Fertility recently moved to Waterloo. The company, which a local media report explains "works with straight and same-sex couples and single people," charges $15,000 to coordinate a surrogate pregnancy.
"The entire process can range from $75,000-$125,000 from start to finish," Pink & Blue's website says. An "Abortion/Selective Reduction Fee" ranges from $500 to $3,500.
Although surrogacy may seem like "an act of charity" because it provides couples with children, it's not, Morlino said.
The creation of a new human being within marriage is a "safe space" for God, Morlino said. Surrogacy disrupts the "sacred circle" of marriage by inserting a third party into what should be between husband and wife. Similarly, in-vitro fertilization and artificial insemination aren't morally permissible, he said.
Morlino encouraged his flock to pray the rosary publicly and privately for the "conversion of hearts in Waterloo," the Madison Catholic Herald reported.

theological implications of conception occurring outside of the natural law have
not been addressed by most theologians. A noteworthy exception is the Jesuit

laboratory by artificially fecundating (impregnating) a human ovum with a human sperm could
conceivably have a human soul, but not in our present understanding of the
working of Divine Providence. They are probably animated by some infrahuman

Summary:
God is the sole Creator of the immortal (never dies) human soul when He uses the
man and woman as ministers, as cooperators in His Divine Plan. There is
also an animal soul that dies with the death of the animal. There is a
plant soul that dies with the death of the plant. And, there is a demonic
spirit. Test tube babies or snowflake babies/children can not have
an immortal human soul because they are not created according to God's Divine
Plan. Therefore, what kind of a soul or spirit do they have?
