that dark-looking, somber cross are these ash-like particles that I saw falling
before. There have been ash-like particles, it's--I can't explain it. There's

Volcanic Ash From Iceland Closes British Airports...

upon mankind, shall increase in volume, shall increase in intensity and

Ash clouds from an erupted Icelandic volcano drifted to parts of Europe on
Thursday, forcing air-traffic controllers to close airspace to commercial
aircraft and compelling airlines to cancel thousands of flights until Friday
morning at the earliest.
Roughly 3,000 of Europe's 28,000 daily flights have been grounded, according to
a spokeswoman for Eurocontrol, a 38-country agency in Brussels that coordinates
European flights.
Flights in the U.K. and western Scandinavia have been most affected so far, the
spokeswoman said. Netherlands and Belgium are being progressively closed as the
cloud spreads east and south.
Volcanic ash represents a significant safety threat to aircraft, as particles
reduce visibility and can even cause aircraft engines to shut down.
Flights between North America and Northern Europe haven't yet been significantly
affected, according to a spokesman for the Irish Aviation Authority. So far,
air-traffic controllers in Ireland and the U.K. have routed flights south of
London to avoid the cloud, he said. But as the cloud spreads south and west,
more flights are likely to be disrupted, he added.
Aviation authorities said it remains unclear how long the disruption will last.
"It depends on how the situation evolves," said the Eurocontrol spokeswoman.
"It's quite difficult to predict."
On Wednesday, a volcano under Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull glacier erupted for the
second time in a month, spewing clouds up to 30,000 feet. Aircraft usually
travel at altitudes up to 35,000 feet. Scientists warn that further eruptions
are possible. "It is worth noting that the last eruption of Eyjafjallajokull
lasted more than 12 months," said Bill McGuire, professor at the Aon Benfield
UCL Hazard Research Centre in London. "If this eruption has a similar duration
then ash could periodically present a problem in U.K. airspace."
British and Irish commercial airspace closed at noon (7 a.m. ET), and
U.K.-controlled airspace will remain closed until at least 6 a.m. Friday,
according to National Air Traffic Services, or NATS, which is responsible for
air-traffic control in the U.K. During that time, flights will be permitted only
in emergency situations, it said.
"We continue to monitor the situation with the Met Office and work closely with
airline customers and adjoining countries," NATS said. The Met Office provides
weather-monitoring services.
BAA Ltd., which owns six airports in the U.K., forced airlines to cancel
domestic flights before NATS decided to take action. BAA, a unit of Spain's Grupo
Ferrovial SA, said all flights at
London's Heathrow—the world's busiest international passenger airport—had been
suspended for the rest of the day.
British Airways PLC, the biggest
operator at Heathrow by number of takeoff and landing slots, said it wouldn't
operate from London after 11:30 a.m. until further notice, and will be providing
hotel accommodation overnight for stranded passengers.
U.K. domestic carrier Flybe was forced to ground 71 aircraft, with only 11 of
its 565 daily scheduled flights operating by 9:30 a.m.
The Irish Aviation Authority said the country's eastern airspace would be closed
from noon to 8 p.m. The Dublin Airport Authority said about 60,000 passengers
may be affected. Irish carrier Aer
Lingus PLC said there would be
major disruption to its flights from Dublin, Cork, Shannon, Belfast and London's
Gatwick, but trans-Atlantic flights were still operating.
Europe's largest budget carrier, Ryanair
Holdings PLC, canceled flights
from 9 a.m. to and from the U.K., while no flights to and from Ireland operated
from 10 a.m. Ryanair said it wouldn't operate flights from 11:30 a.m. to and
from Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Dear Bayside Shrine Workers,
A tornado passed through our town of Westlake, Louisiana early in the
morning of January 13, 1995. No damage came to our house, but two trees fell
down in my mother’s front yard. The electric light utility pole on my mother’s
house broke during the storm, and a neighbor said he saw a big flash of fire
spread right across the utility pole on to the top of my mother’s roof, but no
damage came. The fire vanished almost immediately. My trailer was rocking with
the wind, so was my grandmother’s trailer house, too, but no damage to either
one of them. An electric fire also flashed over my grandmother’s trailer on the
roof, but no damage.
My mother, my grandmother, and my sister--we all have blessed wooden
crucifixes on the outside doors of our houses. We also have the blessed Rose
Petals, the holy statues of Our Lady, and the Green Scapulars in our homes. We
all give thanks to Our Lady of the Roses for sparing us any damages on our
homes. Also, our Bayside group gets out the Bayside directives and the messages
of Bayside in our area. We believe this work has spared our area from much
disaster in the past of floods, tornadoes and storms.

Crucifixes on door saves H & H Store... On June 30, 1984, Jesus said: "And also, My children, I ask you
again to place a crucifix upon your door. Both front and back doors must have a
crucifix. I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas,
and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors."
Let us now see the factual proof of Heaven’s protection, to those who follow
Our Lady’s counsel. At a "Stop ‘n’ Go" shop at the corner of Jackson St. and
Orange Ave. in Paramount, looters broke the windows and cleaned the store of
$20,000 to $40,000 in merchandise, including freezers. One clerk there
exclaimed, "Everything was taken!" Two weeks later it was just starting to
reopen again to customers.
Three blocks away, at the corner of Garfield Ave. and Alondra Blvd., was a
different story. "H & H Store," also in Paramount, suffered six broken windows,
not including the broken glass front door. Yet with this difference: Nothing
was taken. Owner Juliette Cota gratefully affirmed, "Nothing taken! Not even
a bar of soap!" A great mystery, considering several of the broken windows were
large enough for the looters to easily pass through. So what was the
difference? The owner had been warned by a local Bayside believer to put up a
crucifix on the front door, and she did. A believer herself, she is now also
telling others why her shop was spared. Her son, fearful of future riots, is
desirous to sell the shop and move. Juliette, the mother and owner, confidently
told us, "I am not afraid."
Dear Veronica,
I sent you a picture that I feel is a miracle of Our Lady of the Roses. We
have the picture, a beautiful statue of Our Lady of the Roses. On the outside,
outdoors it is. As you know, we in Oakland, California, had a terrible disaster
fire that destroyed 3,500 homes. I am enclosing this special statue picture. It
was not touched by the fire, which destroyed all the homes in the block. I
feel this is a precious moment and a photo of the power of the Virgin Mary of
the Roses. Now for our own home, three homes were destroyed by fire, all around
