We know from Our Lady of the Roses message that Russia has yet to be consecrated by the Pope and all the bishops of the world. World events sufficiently prove that the "period of peace" promised by Our Lady of Fatima has not yet arrived, and this only because her request to consecrate Russia remains unfulfilled.
TLDM presents the dream that a promoter of Our Lady of the Roses shared with us, which has such precise details that we are certain this message is genuine:

     I dreamed that I was in the Vatican. And in the Vatican it seemed that there was three levels. We were on the second level—you know if you are in a mall you can look down and see the floor, and look up or down. Well, I was on the second level, we were to the left, and I saw the Holy Father. And me and some other person were walking up to the Holy Father. Everybody seemed to be running around in chaos. And this guy ran up to the Holy Father saying, "See Holy Father, look! Russia hasn't been consecrated. There is no peace! How can there be peace when there are babies being slaughtered and everything is just going crazy?"
     And the Holy Father is looking around, he's agreeing, shaking his head, saying, "You're right." And he had a firm intention of consecrating Russia. So he made an announcement that he was going to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. And as he was saying this, he was saying this—saying this with a firm intention, but saying like that if the bishops didn't go along with it, they could consider themselves out of a job. My impression was that if you don't do what you are supposed to do, the people that were needed to consecrate Russia (the bishops), they wouldn't have their positions. Something along those lines.
     Now as that was happening, I looked up and I could see two tents. And in one of the tents there was a cardinal that came out of them. The tents were black, they were kind of like Arabian tents, like they would be out in the desert. But they were round, black, with red trim.
    And a cardinal walked out: he had a black robe with the red trim, and he had a red cap, he had glasses, this cardinal, and he had like drooping jowls on each side of his cheek. And then he had a double chin; he was chubby.
    He came out nonchalantly acting to the Holy Father like, "Russia's consecrated! You're not going to consecrate Russia!" acting like the Holy Father is all crazy. And as he was saying that, the Holy Father was saying, "There is no peace! How can you say that?" (He was saying this to the cardinal). And as he was saying that there was a naked lady that came out of the tent. And then the Holy Father realized that this cardinal was in serious sin and he pointed to the cardinal (the person with the red cap), and the Holy Father was pointing, looking at him, shaking his hand like, "See, the sin is even in the Vatican, even in my own home."
    And then I knew that there was another tent off to the side on the same level, up on the third level, but on the other side. There was a cardinal and he was watching, but I didn't see him. But he was just watching, like he was seeing what was going on. He was quite, he didn't say anything; he just listened and watched. Like he would have said something if he had to, but he didn't.
    Then all of a sudden the Vatican started on fire all over. There was fire going on: curtains, the pictures or painting, you know, all perishable things were on fire. But the foundation of the Church didn't burn down. Everything else slowly burned out. The pictures just disintegrated. You didn't need to call anybody, like no fire department or anybody. It just went out. The rest of the Church stayed together but it was still in excellent condition.
     In the midst of this fire everyone was running around in anxiety, in like fear of something. But if I had to interpret that, it would be fear of God, like something was going to happen; it wasn't fear of the fire, because the fire was man-made. That's not what everybody was running around afraid of. And that's all that I can remember from my dream. (end)

Note: TLDM has learned further details surrounding this private revelation. She told us: "I should tell you how I came across the picture. I was telling a friend of mine this story about my dream and describing a chubby cardinal in my dream. He told me I should look at the pictures at a certain link on the webpage (Highest Realms) and see if I recognized anyone in my dream. And when I came across the picture of Cardinal Sodano—there were three or four pictures above and I kept looking and I'm going, "No, it's not him." I'm thinking this is all crazy and in my head, that I'm never going to see the picture of this guy I have never seen before. But when I came to the last picture (of Cardinal Sodano) I said, "That's him!" I was not looking for a name, I was just looking at the pictures.... When I first saw this I said, 'Oh my God! It's him! It's him!' I knew right away, I knew it was him.
     "He looks exactly like him: the cap, the color of his hair, the glasses, the jowls. Definitely the jowls hanging over that white collar and the chin, on both sides of his cheek where the jawline is, it was all him. It was all him."

Who is Cardinal Sodano?

     Cardinal Sodano, currently holding the second most powerful position in the Church (Secretariat of State), has publicly denounced Pope John Paul II as "despotic."
     In a 1998 speech at the Lateran, Cardinal Sodano praised the heretic Hans Kung as having written "beautiful passages on the Christian mysteries," even though Kung has denied the divinity of Christ, the miracles of the Gospel, the bodily resurrection of Christ, the historical founding of the hierarchical Catholic Church, and that the Mass is a re-presentation of the Sacrifice of Calvary.
    Cardinal Sodano called Kung “the German theologian,” even though Cardinal Ratzinger (by order of John Paul II) had stripped Küng of his theological credentials in 1998. Kung is considered to be the most notorious heretic of the post-conciliar era.

Sodano: supported Germany's collusion in pro-abortion counselling
Cardinal Sodano initially supported Cardinal Lehmann's stance that Germany's issuance of certificates used to kill children was a matter for the bishops of Germany to decide. But Sodano was later forced to sign a joint Vatican declaration with Cardinal Ratzinger, insisting that the German bishops' complicity in abortion must cease.
According to The Tablet (April 28, 2001), Cardinal Sodano “had originally supported [Cardinal] Lehmann’s position in the controversy over whether the Catholic Church in Germany should continue to provide some of the pregnancy counselling centers there, as Lehmann desired. The question was whether the Church was colluding in abortion by issuing certificates confirming that pregnant women in distress had been given counselling, if these were then used to secure a termination. It had been Sodano’s opinion that such matters could be decided by the local bishops’ conferences, but eventually he was forced to sign a decree together with Ratzinger which compelled the German Catholic bishops to pull out . . . .”

Jewish community accuses Vatican of cover-up
When access to the archives of Pope Pius XII were denied, the Jewish community suspected access was blocked by a cabal led by the Vatican's secretary of state, Cardinal Angelo Sodano.
