Satan has control of the elements...
    Our Lady - "In My counsels of the past, My children, I have told you many times that satan has control of the elements. There will be accidents that are not accidents, disturbances of nature claiming many lives: floods, tornadoes.  My children, are you ready to face this crisis?" (2-10-78)

“When Hurricane Isabel  hits landfall ... it has the potential for a large loss of life if we don’t take it seriously and prepare for it,” Dr. Max Mayfield, director of the National Hurricane Center said on CNN.
       Computer models predict that weather conditions over the East Coast should prevent Isabel from turning back out to sea and missing land, hurricane specialist Stacy Stewart said.
       “Landfall along the U.S. mid-Atlantic coast somewhere between North Carolina and New Jersey between four or five days (Thursday or Friday) is appearing more and more likely,” Stewart said. “Little or no significant weakening is expected to occur until after landfall occurs.”

Homes that have crucifixes on all the outside doors are saved from hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, earthquakes, riots, fire, etc.

The Blood of the Lamb...
    "For the Lord will pass through striking the Egyptians: and when he shall see the blood on the transom, and on both the posts, he will pass over the door of the house, and not suffer the destroyer to come into your houses and to hurt you." (Exodus 12:23)

Crucifix on front and back door...
   Jesus - "Pray and wear your sacramentals.   And, also, My children, I ask you again to place a crucifix upon your door. Both front and back doors must have a crucifix. I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas, and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors." (6-30-84)

    Jesus - "All who place the crucifix upon their front doors shall be saved like the passing of the lamb." (6-18-84)

Angel of Death will pass by...
   Jesus - "Yes, My child, in the great Chastisement a ball of fire shall fall into the waters killing all that is living in the seas.  And, also, unfortunately, because they could not listen and change their ways, many will die also from the flames and also from the waters.  Those living along the coastlines, We caution them to keep a sacramental and a crucifix upon their doors, for the angel of death shall not enter your home." (7-1-85)

Crucifix has Great Power...
   Jesus - "We demand a crucifix, because demons - many of the highest ones in the realms of hell cannot stand the sight of a crucifix.   They will not approach your door.  I give you this knowledge, My children, though it is not common knowledge, My children, though it is not common knowledge upon earth, that the crucifix has great power against satan." Homes saved form Hurricane Gloria...
    Jesus - "My child, We specifically brought you here this evening after the last trial of the past week.  This was allowed to come upon you with no destruction to your home.  However, you knew the fear of fleeing to the mountains.  We directed you, My child, and you did well.  And you escaped having to suffer the hours of darkness, and the sound of the howling of the winds, and the rise of the waters.  But, My child and My children, it will happen again, but this time it will claim lives.
    "Do not be affrighted, My child; I did not say that this will happen to your home on Long Island again.  You suffered not the moments of terror.   We did not wish for you to succumb from sorrow at that time, My child, so We sent you to the mountains; and you returned once the winds had died down to find a home still intact.
    "I must reveal, My children, to the world again, that you are to keep a crucifix on your front door and your back door. All entrances to your home must be guarded by the crucifix.  There has not been one home on Long Island that had a crucifix on its door that did fall to any evil.  I do not speak of the trees, My child; I speak of mankind.  You did not know a major disaster as has happened, My children, in Mexico.  You see, My child, I set you down in that area to bring the word to mankind, and it was through these words that many listened and the passed through the horrible experience of a hurricane." (10-5-85)

Dear Our Lady of the Roses Shrine, 

I have been going to Bayside for the Anniversary of Our Lady of the Roses, Mary, Help of Mothers, since June of 1989. I would like to share with you a personal experience during this last weekend.  Last Sunday, March 24, 1996, at 3:00 A.M., there was a big fire on #601 O’Farrell, the building where I live, but I was not there. I slept at my sister’s place in South San Francisco, because the night before, we had a vigil over at Cora Tugade’s place. 

When I went back to my apartment yesterday, Monday, March 25, 1996, with my older sister, and Fr. Sergio Santos, O.F.M., a Franciscan priest who was with us at Bayside during the Silver Anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady of the Roses, Mary, Help of Mothers, the maintenance man came running to meet and said:  “Your apartment is intact, but all around you is disaster!  When I saw your apartment, the first thought that came to my mind was last week when you asked me to put a crucifix on top of your door, and I was thinking, maybe that did it!”  My reply was: “Of course that was the reason! Would you want to put one on your door, too?”  His answer was: “I’ll think of that.”

When I went up to my floor, this I saw, with my sister and Fr. Sergio Santos, O.P.M.:

2^nd floor…Apt. 210 - 215…disaster
3^rd floor…Apt. 310 . . .. .no damage
3rd floor... Apt. 311-315….disaster
4^th  floor...Apt. 410 - 415…disaster
5^th  floor…Apt. 510 - 515...disaster

I live on the third floor, Apt. 310: intact, except for some wet clothes. The burned carpet stopped at my door!  Fr. Santos only said this is really a miracle.  I could not say anything; I only felt very strong goose flesh.  I have been telling my friends that in Bayside, the Blessed Mother keeps reminding us in all Her apparitions to put a crucifix outside our front and back doors.

A home and two trailers saved from a tornado...
Dear Bayside Shrine Workers,
A tornado passed through our town of Westlake, Louisiana early in the morning of January 13, 1995.  No damage came to our house, but two trees fell down in my mother’s front yard.  The electric light utility pole on my mother’s house broke during the storm, and a neighbor said he saw a big flash of fire spread right across the utility pole on to the top of my mother’s roof, but no damage came.   The fire vanished almost immediately. My trailer was rocking with the wind, so was my grandmother’s trailer house, too, but no damage to either one of them.  An electric fire also flashed over my grandmother’s trailer on the roof, but no damage.
    My mother, my grandmother, and my sister--we all have blessed wooden crucifixes on the outside doors of our houses.  We also have the blessed Rose Petals, the holy statues of Our Lady, and the Green Scapulars in our homes.  We all give thanks to Our Lady of the Roses for sparing us any damages on our homes.  Also, our Bayside group gets out the Bayside directives and the messages of Bayside in our area.   We believe this work has spared our area from much disaster in the past of floods, tornadoes and storms.  From Louisiana

Crucifixes on door saves H & H Store in riot...
On June 30, 1984, Jesus said: "And also, My children, I ask you again to place a crucifix upon your door.  Both front and back doors must have a crucifix.  I say this to you because there will be carnage within your areas, and this will pass you by if you keep your crucifix upon your doors."
    Let us now see the factual proof of Heaven’s protection, to those who follow Our Lady’s counsel.  At a "Stop ‘n’ Go" shop at the corner of Jackson St. and Orange Ave. in Paramount, looters broke the windows and cleaned the store of $20,000 to $40,000 in merchandise, including freezers.  One clerk there exclaimed, "Everything was taken!" Two weeks later it was just starting to reopen again to customers.
    Three blocks away, at the corner of Garfield Ave. and Alondra Blvd., was a different story. "H & H Store," also in Paramount, suffered six broken windows, not including the broken glass front door.  Yet with this difference: Nothing was taken.  Owner Juliette Cota gratefully affirmed, "Nothing taken!   Not even a bar of soap!"  A great mystery, considering several of the broken windows were large enough for the looters to easily pass through.  So what was the difference?  The owner had been warned by a local Bayside believer to put up a crucifix on the front door, and she did.  A believer herself, she is now also telling others why her shop was spared.  Her son, fearful of future riots, is desirous to sell the shop and move.  Juliette, the mother and owner, confidently told us, "I am not afraid."

California home saved from fiery destruction...
Dear Veronica,
    I sent you a picture that I feel is a miracle of Our Lady of the Roses.   We have the picture, a beautiful statue of Our Lady of the Roses.  On the outside, outdoors it is.  As you know, we in Oakland, California, had a terrible disaster fire that destroyed 3,500 homes.  I am enclosing this special statue picture. It was not touched by the fire, which destroyed all the homes in the block.   I feel this is a precious moment and a photo of the power of the Virgin Mary of the Roses.  Now for our own home, three homes were destroyed by fire, all around ours.   Here is the whole thing.  In your literature sent me, it was mentioned to place a crucifix on your doors, which I did.  The fire destroyed our roof and some trees but our home was spared from destruction.  I truly believe the Blessed Mother protected our home because all homes around us, in back of ours were completely destroyed.   I thought this was noteworthy, and please thank the Blessed Mother of the Roses in one of your visitations.  I pass out all rosaries and scapulars I get and I am dedicated to serve the Blessed Mother and Jesus as long as I live.  From Oakland, California

New Orleans home saved from Hurricane...
A gentleman from New Orleans reported his home was spared, when all his neighbors lost the roofs of their houses in a hurricane.  He had one shingle missing and he thought that was gone before the storm.

Apartment saved from San Francisco earthquake...
In the San Francisco earthquake, a lady was living on the second floor of an apartment building with crucifixes on the doors.  After the earthquake, her apartment was on the first floor.  The apartment below her lost everything.   She didn’t even have one dish break.  The great power of the crucifix!   Can you afford not to have crucifixes on your doors?

Home saved from Hurricane Bob...
To Our Lady of the Roses:
We live in Western Massachusetts where Hurricane "Bob" came through.  We had crosses on our outside doors.  No damage was done to our home or property.
    On both sides of us people had trees down.  Trees were broken in half etc.  One tree fell in the middle of the street and shook our house but that was all.  Trees and lines were down in the whole neighborhood.  We had no electricity for eight hours.
    During that time, it brought home to us the messages Our Lady talks about where there would be no utilities.  Tell everyone they need their crosses on the outside of all their outside doors.

Hurricanes, whirlwinds, floods, great heat and plagues upon mankind . . .
    Our Lady - "My child and My children, I have wandered with great speed to and fro across your earth gathering My children who will listen to Me in the last stages of My pleadings to mankind.  Yes, My children, I say the last stages, because you are fast approaching the close of your era.
    "O My children, if you only realized and acted upon My counsel!   If you only realized what is coming fast upon you!  Be it known to you in the past that there will be many eruptions of nature resulting in hurricanes, whirlwinds, floods, great heat and plagues upon mankind." (4-1-78)

    Jesus - "I want everyone upon earth to know that the great Chastisement and the punishments of droughts, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, are but minor compared to the number of lives that will be lost with the great Chastisement." (7-1-85)

   Our Lady - "The Father shall chastise those He loves.  Your country and many countries of your world will suffer trials of famine, earthquakes, tornadoes and the plague." (12-31-74)

Storms, rotting crops and famine . . .
    Our Lady - "Storms shall ravage the shores; crops will rot in the ground - famine.  Insanity, from sin, in the minds of the young. Murders.  Who shall govern your fine country, My children, in the future, as the pollution is bending the stalks.  Repent now of your sin, for the hand of just punishment is being lowered upon you." (7-25-78)

Your Country shall be caught up in a whirlwind!
    Our Lady - "As you sow, My children, so shall you reap.  And now you have yourselves to reap a whirlwind!  Your city, your country shall be caught up in a whirlwind!  Who shall pray for you but the few.   My children, I say unto you now but for the prayers of the few, your country, the United States, would have received a chastisement of blood!" (2-10-78)

You are preparing to reap the whirlwind!
    Jesus - "I ask parents to restore discipline to their homes.  I demand My pastors to restore discipline to My Church upon earth.  You will not convert the masses, but you will set yourselves to be destroyed by the enemies of God, because you do not pray, because you do not seek means of mortification.  I say unto you, as your God, in the name of your Creator, that as you sow, so shall you reap - and many of you are preparing to reap the whirlwind!

   St. Michael - "I, Michael, guardian of the Faith, give fair warning to mankind that the Eternal Father, Creator and Master of all, has looked upon you and found you wanting. Measure for measure shall man be brought to his knees by trial. There shall be set upon mankind a great tribulation such as has been never seen since the beginning of man's creation, and those that pass through this great tribulation shall come forward cleansed in the Blood of the Lamb." (5-14-77)

Droughts, famine, rotting crops, hurricanes, floods . . .
    St. Michael - "Hasten, harken, and listen to the words of warning to a generation that has become perverse, degraded - and abominations committed to offend your God.  In justice and for penance, there will be visited upon your earth great trials - droughts, famine, rotting crops, hurricanes, floods, all manner of earth tremors and disturbances of nature, increasing in volume, spreading throughout your world.  There will be eruptions and manifestations that shall bring terror to the hearts of many, in places that have never seen nor heard of such volume of sound and fierce eruptions of the earth.
    "Be ye warned that houses will blow in the wind, and skin will dry up and blow off the bones as if it had never been. Eyes will see and still not believe, so hardened are the hearts of mankind.
    "The warnings, the numerous warnings that have been given to mankind have gone by unnoticed, and man continues upon his road to his own destruction.   Sins of the flesh have multiplied, and many souls are falling fast into the abyss, their eternal reward being damnation in hell." (8-21-76)

Warnings gone by unnoticed . . .
    Our Lady - "My child, many exhortations and warnings have been given to mankind.  You must go forward and refresh their memories.   Many have forgotten the warnings from Heaven, for they go about saying, 'Where is the promise of His coming, and where are the warnings that you speak of and write of?"
   "O My children, you are truly blind!  These warnings have been given for time, and an extension of time to mankind before the major catastrophe shall be sent upon you, the baptism of fire.  You have received these warnings that have gone by unnoticed: floods, hurricanes, fires, disasters, accidents that are not accidents, earthquakes in places that have never experienced such terror before.  How many warnings must the Eternal Father send upon mankind before they will awaken and do penance?
    "Prayer, atonement, and sacrifice, My children - is this too much to ask of you, in the realization of what you are going to pass through?" (9-28-76)

Tragedies and disasters shall increase . . .
    Jesus - "Great elemental tragedies, disasters, manmade and God - sent upon mankind, shall increase in volume, shall increase in intensity and numbers.  Remember, My children, you do not understand that supernatural, for there will be accidents that are not accidents." (5-26-79)

The Father plans a gradual cleansing of earth . . .
    Our Lady - "Intellectual pride, My children, has been the downfall of many.  You will not enter the Kingdom unless you strip yourselves of this pride and return to Us as little children.
    "Sin and abominations have been accepted in your country and in the world as a way of life.  Whatever shall We do with the souls who are coming fast over the veil unprepared?  Whatever shall the Father do with them?"
    "When the Chastisement is given to man, it will not annihilate the world as in the time of the floods, My children.  No, the Father plans a gradual cleansing of earth.  With the return of My Son, there will remain only the sheep." (5-30-73)
