The Great Depression was the worst financial crisis in the history of the United States. It will pale in comparison to the Great Depression of the 2010 decade. What we’re seeing right now is an eerie déjà vu to the 1920s stock market action. But the risk is substantially higher (thanks to massive, never-seen-before debt levels), the corruption is exponentially worse, and the potential devastation is global.

In the l920s, the United States was in its heyday. Wealth was spreading rapidly. And the stock market was going up to new highs almost daily. Then, in 1929, it all came crashing down. Amazingly, the crash of 1929 was just the tip of the iceberg. After the crash, the market regained its composure for several months, and even gained back about 50% of its losses.

Then the 1930s rolled around. From 300, the Dow dropped to below 50 by the end of 1931 — a drop of nearly 90% from its 1929 highs. What’s more, the impact of those three years lasted for the rest of that decade. And it took World War II to get us out of it.

Fast forward nearly 80 years. Between 2002 and 2009, the stock market followed an almost identical pattern to the 1920s. A large run-up in price, followed by a crash and a subsequent rally that will likely make up at least 50% of the lost value before it’s done.

The question we have to answer now is this: Will 2010 and beyond bring the same type of market action as the 1930s? And, if so, how devastating will it be? Correctly answering these questions is crucial for remaining financially solvent through the next 10-20 years.

A MASSIVE WORLD MONETARY DEPRESSION . . .
Our Lady - "My child and My children, the days will grow darker, and there will be hunger in your land. Yes, My child, what I brought you here for this evening is to tell the world that there will be a crash in the monetary doings of your government—an absolute crash that will affect every man, woman, and child in the United States and Canada, and then, like a serpent, creep all over Europe, until the world sees one big, massive depression. I can illustrate to you, My children, what I mean by this monetary depression.
