Our Lady is Prefigured in the Bible in Genesis 3:15...

"My children, I--My heart is greatly saddened at the distortion of doctrine in My Son's Church.  I understand that man can be misled, for I have often counseled you that the road to hell is often paved with good intentions.  You must examine your Bible, the Book of life. Genesis, chapter 3.  There must be no changes in the story of the origin of mankind. 'She' must remain. 'He' must not replace it in the story of the serpent's attack upon Eve.
"The Eternal Father has stated that the serpent shall crawl on his belly, stomach, My children.  I use several words to illustrate the manner in which man is describing this time.  He will crawl, the serpent, as the lowest animal among the beasts because he has deceived Eve.  But the Eternal Father in His mercy has stated that He will place enmities between the serpent and the woman, between, enmities between the serpent's seed and the woman's seed; and the serpent shall have his head crushed by the woman and the serpent shall lie in wait for her heel.
"Be it known that the Eternal Father has deemed that man shall not change the words to 'he' and 'he.'  I say this not to bring any false notions in your mind, My children, that I repeat this in pride.  Far be it from Me, for I have not sought, neither on Heaven or earth, to be prideful; but, My children, I must bring to you the words of truth. Many are changing the words to suit their own interpretations of the Book of life, and these interpretations are based upon man's own seeking.”

The Holy Douay-Rheims Bible...  https://www.tldm.org/bible/bible.htm

And the wine failing, the mother of Jesus saith to him: They have no wine.   And Jesus saith to her: Woman, what is that to me and to thee? My hour is not yet come.  John 2:3-4

When Jesus therefore had seen his mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, he saith to his mother: Woman, behold thy son.  John 19:26

I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.  Genesis 3:15

And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord.  And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.  Because he hath regarded the humility of his handmaid; for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.  Because he that is mighty, hath done great things to me; and holy is his name.  And his mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear him.  Luke 1:46-50

Shall call me blessed: These words are a prediction of that honor which the church in all ages should pay to the Blessed Virgin. Let Protestants examine whether they are any way concerned in this prophecy.

After the fall, mankind's only hope was in a promised Redeemer, but first was to come the virgin promised in Isaias, that singular woman who was to bring Him into this world. Many a Jewish parent encouraged marriage as something great and obligatory. They hoped and prayed that their daughter would be that fortunate mother who was to be the Mother of God.

The joyful and prophetic words of Genesis 3:15 proclaimed something great and mysterious, "I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel." These words, as the Catechism of the Catholic Church states, are the Protoevangelium, the first gospel, "the first announcement of the Messiah and Redeemer, and the battle between the serpent and the Woman..." (C.C.C., #410)

Prefigurements of Our Lady

The woman came forth and prayed, "Strengthen me, O Lord God, at this hour. And she struck twice upon his neck, and cut off his head..." (Judith 13:9-10). And the Jewish nation was saved and the head of that wicked ruler Holfernes crushed. And they all adored the Lord, and said to her, "The Lord hath blessed thee by his power, because by thee he that brought our enemies to nought." Was this the singular woman prophesied? No, Judith was only a foreshadowing, a glimpse of the great Lady to come.

But, in time, the voice of another great woman raised up to God, "O God, who art mighty above all, hear the voice of them that have no other hope, and deliver us from the hand of the wicked..." Just when the Jewish people were about to be destroyed again by the instrumentality of the wicked Aman, the voice of a woman found favor with the King of Kings and King Artzerxes. Needless to say, when it was all over, Aman's head was hanged on a gibbet fifty cubits high. The king's words spoke clearly, " For which crime both he himself that devised it, and all his kindred hang on gibbets, before the gates of this city Susan: not we, but God repaying him as he deserved." (Esther 16:18) Was this the woman prophesied? No, Esther was only a mere shadow of the great Lady to come.

And there was yet the sounds of another woman who came forth exclaiming, "... Sisara shall be delivered into the hand of a woman." (Judges 4:9) The woman arose and in the company of 10,000 men went forward and delivered Israel, and by the time it was all over, Deborras sang of her and another holy woman's victory, "She put her left hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workman's hammer, and she struck Sisara, seeking in his head a place for the wound, and strongly piercing through his temples. At her feet he fell..." (Judges 5:26-27) Such it was in that early day of Jewish history when those women crushed the head of the evil one and his seed again and again. Yet, these women, too, were only prefigurements of that singular woman who was to come.

The prayers of the people, the prayers and sighs of the patriarchs and prophets continued on through the ages, and other great women arose, foreshadowing great things to come. Yet in the meantime the deep darkness covering the earth spread, despair was in the air and above, the gates of Heaven were shut tight. People could only beg for God's mercy and ask for the Messiah, but first would have to come that singular woman who would pierce through the darkness, who would have no part of that darkness, that woman who would hold the key to heaven itself, the seed, the fruit of her womb, our Savior. So, in God's time, a great sign appeared in heaven, an echo from heaven, the greatest created reflection of the Most Holy Trinity the world had ever known, "a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." (Apoc. 12:1) Gladness and joy filled the heavens and the earth, for it was she, that singular woman, immaculately conceived, spouse of the Holy Spirit, who was to be the passageway for the deliverance of her children from evil, crushing the head of Satan. In the words of Pope Pius IX, "...the Most Holy Virgin, united with Him by a most intimate and indissoluble bond, was, with Him and through Him, eternally at enmity with that poisonous serpent, and most completely triumphed over him, and thus crushed his head with her immaculate foot."[1]

The prophet Isaias said, "... the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and his name shall be called Emmanuel." This sign is none other than Mary, "The distinguished of all women, the elect of virgins,... the glory of our earthly [race] who freed Eve from the shame and Adam from the threat and cut off the audacity of the Dragon."[2] Our Lady truly is the greatest created sign of God's love, of the Most Holy Trinity, who, with her Son, stamps out evil and the devil. Therefore, as St. Louis De Montfort declared in so many words, the more Mary is known and loved, the more Jesus will be known and loved. The already defeated one, Satan, knows this, and seeks to remove this truth from mankind. The devil has declared war not only on the woman Mary, but on her seed, which is primarily Jesus, but all of us as well, in a special way, as her children. For it is written in the Apocalypse (please note how remarkably similar this is to Genesis 3:15), "And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman, who brought forth the man child.... And the dragon was angry against the woman: and went to make war with the rest of her seed [you and me], who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Apoc. 12: 13, 17) But there is nothing to fear in this war if we remain children of Mary, our heavenly Mother. Surely, as St. Maximilian Kolbe proclaims, "Our era is the era of the Immaculata.... The infernal serpent shows his head all over the world; but Mary will crush him and win decisive victory even though he constantly seeks to bite her heel."[3]

Scriptural revisionism

Today, the devil is wagging his ugly tail more than ever, and with some whiteout and some whitewash, is seeking to blot out Mary from Scripture and tradition. And, no doubt about it, modern bibles have altered many passages concerning Mary, de-emphasizing her role in God's plan of salvation. Take, for instance, those famed words of God through the Angel Gabriel, "Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee...," meaning Mary was full of God's grace and that the devil never had any part of her, as was used by Pope Pius XI in his definition on the Immaculate Conception. But what has become of these words in many a modern bible? "Rejoice, highly favored daughter." The question is: what does it mean to be a highly favored daughter? Were not Judith, Deborras and Esther highly favored daughters? No matter how special these were, Mary is much more. She, as the Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches, is "the new Eve, 'full of grace' of the Holy Spirit, is preserved from sin and the corruption of death...." (#2853) Other passages referring to Our Lady from what was formerly called Ecclesiasticus (now called Sirach), are completely missing from modern versions. Passages that the Church has applied to Our Lady such as, "I am the mother of fair love, and of fear, and of knowledge, and of holy hope. In me is all grace of the way and of the truth, in me is all hope of life and of virtue. Come over to me, all ye that desire me, and be filled with my fruits. For my spirit is sweet above honey, and my inheritance above honey and the honeycomb. My memory is unto everlasting generations", etc., are gone.[4] Also, amazingly the passage "blessed art thou among women" of St. Luke's Gospel (Luke 1:28) is completely missing in action from many of the new bibles. Surely, the devil's tail has wiped out and whited-out these praises of Our Lady.

Other passages of holy Scripture concerning Our Lady have been obscured as well, but we must go on now to focus on that most important of passages, the Protoevangelium, which the Catechism of the Catholic Church says is the first gospel.

In most modern bibles, you will find the second part of this first gospel Genesis 3:15 changed to "... he will bruise your head and you shall bruise his heel." Most definitely this wording works to downplay Our Lady's role in our plan of redemption. The great biblical scholar St. Jerome, numerous Popes, saints and, as the Catechism of the Catholic Church puts it, "Many Fathers and Doctors of the Church," have said that the woman in this passage refers to Mary.

During an English persecution, a group of Catholic biblical scholars fled to Douay in what is now Belgium, and produced the famous Douay-Rheims version in 1609. This is a faithful English translation of the bible, the Latin Vulgate of St. Jerome. The fact that the Church has canonized St. Jerome, only adds weight to the authority and authenticity of his work. The translation reads, "I will place enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she will crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for his heel."[5] This text reads the same as the Latin Vulgate: "Inimicitias ponam inter te et mulierem, et semen tuum et semen illius: ipsa conteret caput tuum, et tu insidiaberis calcaneo ejus...." In this Vulgate translation, it is clear that the Latin word ipsa can only mean she. But let us see what our Protestant counterparts did two years later in 1611 with this passage. Do you suppose, with their ideas concerning Our Lady, that they kept the same translation? The King James version produced by men, not by the Church of God inspired by the Holy Spirit, had this to say of Genesis 3:15: "I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: It shall bruise thy head and thou shall bruise his heel."[6] It is not quite the same.

As we have seen there are different schools of thought concerning this extremely important passage which the Church has declared the first gospel. Modern scholars and Protestant bible experts often say he or it while numerous Doctors and Fathers of the Church--including the great trio of Mariologists St. Alphonsus de Liguori, St. Maximilian Kolbe and St. Louis De Montfort--say she. Whom shall we place our stock in? This definitely deserves a closer look.

First, we shall examine the thoughts of three Jewish scholarly giants: Josephus (d. 101 A.D.), Philo (d. 40 A.D.) and Maimonides (d. 1204 A.D.). To begin with, Josephus states, "He ordained that the woman should inflict wounds on his head." This becomes evident that Josephus in his day read the word aute, that is to say, "she."[7] It is important to note, Josephus and Philo both wrote in Greek but also knew Hebrew, so their testimony is a common witness that the Greek of the Septuagint of their day was aute, and that the Hebrew pronoun was pronounced HI or HEE, all meaning "she."[8] Later witness of this fact is given by another Jewish philosopher, Moses Maimonides, who did not believe in the Messianic or Mariological content of the prophecy but nevertheless had this to say:

"But what must be admired most of all, is that the serpent is joined with Eve, that is, its seed with her seed, its head with her heel; that she (Eve) should conquer it (the serpent) in the head, and that it should conquer her in the heel."[9]

In our own Catholic tradition, the Latin Vulgate of St. Jerome stands alone among Catholic bibles, reading ipsa, or "she." It must be noted that the Latin Vulgate was the official translation during the time of Vatican II, and into the 20th century and our generation. Since the Greek and Hebrew versions do not enjoy this distinction, the Vulgate possesses the greatest authority. The Council of Trent declared "that this same old and Vulgate edition, which has been approved by being used in the same Church for so many ages, should be accounted authentic in public lectures, disputations, sermons, and expositions, and that no one should dare or presume to reject it under any pretext whatsoever."[10] Can we not hear the words of St. Augustine telling us, "I would not believe the Gospel were I not moved thereto by the authority of the Catholic Church."[11] Furthermore, "St. Alphonsus contends that when it comes down to a choice between the Hebrew and the Vulgate, as we have here, we should hold with the Vulgate."[12] We--Catholics especially--should hold dear to the word "she," for she is our Mother.

Now, having put this issue to rest, let us resume our study of Genesis 3:15, in its obvious and literal sense. One of the most remarkable minds the Church has ever produced, the convert John Cardinal Henry Newman, had this to say:

"'I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed.' The Seed of the woman is the Word Incarnate, and the Woman, whose seed or Son He is, is His Mother Mary. This interpretation, and the parallelism it involves, seem to me undeniable; but at all events (and this is my point) the parallelism is the doctrine of the Fathers, from the earliest times; and, this being established, we are able, by the position and office of Eve in our fall, to determine the position and office of Mary in our restoration."[13]

St. Louis De Montfort writes in his classic book True Devotion to Mary:

"God has never made and formed but one enmity; but it is an irreconcilable one, which shall endure and grow even to the end. It is between Mary, His worthy Mother, and the devil-between the children and servants of the Blessed Virgin, and the children and tools of Lucifer. The most terrible of all the enemies which God has set up against the devil is His Holy Mother Mary. He has inspired her, even since the days of the earthly paradise, though she existed then only in His idea... the humble Mary will always have the victory over that proud spirit, and so great a victory that she will go so far as to crush his head, where his pride dwells."

In another remarkable book, The Glories of Mary, St. Alphonsus de Liguori declares, "Still more was it becoming that God should preserve her from original sin, for he destined her to crush the head of that infernal serpent, which, by seducing our first parents, entailed death upon all men: and this our Lord foretold: I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head."[14]

And St. Maximilian Kolbe tells us, "There is much evil in the world, but let us not forget the Immaculate is more powerful yet, and that she will crush the infernal serpent's head."[15]

With such powerful and forceful words of truth from these Marian saints, could anyone outdo them? Only the popes in their teaching authority. And what a grand role the popes have played in proclaiming Mary to be the woman of Genesis! Pope Pius X on the jubilee of the Immaculate Conception said, "We shrink with horror from saying, as Denis the Carthusian so well expresses it, that 'this woman who was to crush the head of the serpent should have been a daughter of the Evil one.'"

During his reign, Pope Pius XII stated:

"In the first place, the foundation of this doctrine [the Immaculate Conception] is to be found in Sacred Scripture, where we are taught that God, Creator of all things, after the sad fall of Adam, addressed the serpent, the tempter and corrupter, in these words, which not a few Fathers, Doctors of the Church and many approved interpreters applied to the Virgin Mother of God: 'I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed' (Gen. III, 15) Now, if at any time the Blessed Virgin Mary were destitute of Divine grace even for the briefest moment, because of contamination in her conception by the hereditary stain of sin, there would not have come between her and the serpent that perpetual enmity spoken of from earliest tradition down to the time of the solemn definition of the Immaculate Conception, but rather a certain subjection."[16]

Significantly, the great Pope Pius IX, when he defined the Immaculate Conception, used this passage Genesis 3:15 along with Luke 1:28, "Hail, full of grace," as seen in the light of tradition, to support his declaration of Mary the Immaculate Conception on December 8th, 1954, saying indeed she will crush his head. Furthermore, Pope Leo XIII in his prayer of St. Michael, prayed, "The glorious Mother of God, the Virgin Mary, commands you; she who by her humility and from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception, crushed your proud head." And to conclude our journey through the various papal pronouncements, let us end with the words of our currently reigning Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, speaking in a January 24, 1996 General Audience: "In the light of the New Testament and the Church's tradition, we know that the new woman announced by the Protogospel (Genesis 3:15) is Mary, and in 'her seed' we recognize her Son, Jesus..."[17] Therefore we can confidently say, "What is said of 'the woman' in Gen. 3:15 finds its fulfillment only in Mary."[18]

MEDIATRIX OF ALL GRACES
"I am the Queen of Heaven, Mother of earth, and Mediatrix of all graces. I will stand here through the turmoil that lies ahead within the holy House of God.”  - Our Lady, October 6, 1972

SHALL CRUSH THE RULE OF SATAN
"My children and clergy, you have taken it upon yourselves to destroy the Faith in the hearts of the young. And woe to any man who brings scandal to the children!
"The world, earth, shall pass through a great crucible of suffering. Many minor warnings have been given in the past, and too few recognized them as such. Death will become prevalent in your country. Murders, robberies, fornication, idleness through famine and drought. My children, all who are of well spirit shall pass through these times with perseverance. You must all follow the counsel of My Mother. She has been permitted by the Eternal Father to come to you as a Mediatrix between God and man. Her promise is true. She will remain with you, steadfast in Her promise. It is the will of the Father that She shall direct the children of earth in crushing the rule of satan." - Jesus, May 13, 1978

A PERFECT LIFE
“I give you My Mother, the gentlest of creatures, human and sublime.  I give you My Mother who will be with you through the battle until I return as I ascended into Heaven….
"Remember, My children, come to My Mother; for in Her memory of Her human days upon earth, She above all humans created—sinless, without the stigma of sin, a perfect life upon earth without a sin, and assumed into Heaven, body and spirit—She above all can direct you because She is your Mother; She is the Queen of Heaven and the Mother of every human being upon earth." - Jesus, August 14, 1979

There are 4 Things You Must Have to Survive the End Times:

1.) The Douay-Rheims Holy Bible...

"I ask that all who hear My voice will take their Bibles, and if they do not have one, search, but find the right Bible, those printed not after 1965, My children." -  Jesus, October 5, 1985
"You must all obtain a copy of the Book of life and love, the Bible. Do not accept the new mods. Try to find in your bookstores the old Bibles, My children, for many are being changed to suit the carnal nature of man.  I repeat, sin has become a way of life." - Our Lady, October 6, 1992
"I must ask you all to read but a few short chapters a day now, the Book of life and love, your Bible. Knowledge must be gained for all the disciples of My Son, for you will be attacked by scientific minds. But do not be concerned what you will say to them when accosted, for the words will be given to you by the Spirit." - Our Lady, April 10, 1976
The Douay-Rheims Bible was published in 1899.  It is the official Bible of the Roman Catholic Church.  Almost all other Bibles have been rewritten by Satan.   See: https://www.tldm.org/directives/d33.htmhttps://www.tldm.org/directives/d415.htm and https://www.tldm.org/directives/d182.htm   If you don't have a Douay-Rheims Bible order it now!  (Order Form)  Yours and your loved ones salvation could depend on it.

Insist even with obstructions, insist that your children always wear a sacramental. One day they will understand that they will repel the demons."
On February 1, 1974, Our Lady said, "My children, know the value of these sacramentals. Guard your children well. You must awaken to the knowledge that you will not be protected without the sacramentals. Guard your children's souls. They must be surrounded with an aura of purity.
