Miraculous photo taken on September 11, 2001 on the Shrine grounds, the same day as the terrorist attacks that toppled the World Trade Center Towers and damaged the Pentagon. The photo was taken of the Shrine statue of the Blessed Mother with an SX-70 instant Polaroid camera by a Manhattan pilgrim.  Notice the left side of the miraculous pictures, which shows the outline of a skyscraper.  Incredibly what came out in this photo appears to be the Twin Towers all in gold which had been destroyed that that day by terrorist attacks.

When the photo was taken, a pilgrim looked at and suddenly looked at with one turn - one side rotated to the left. The bottom of the photo is actually on the right side above and when you look at it from that angle you can see the curved bench and wall of the Vatican Pavilion where candles were lit during the Vigil. A professional photographer looked at the photo and stated it was miraculous as it was also impossible to get a straight line of the left tower from the round pavilion.

On September 11, 1990, 11 years to the day before the attack, Our Lady revealed to Veronica in a locution that there would be a terrorist attack on the United States. In November 1990, Our Lady also told Veronica the names of the cities that would be targeted: New York City and Washington, D.C. On September 14, 1976 Our Lady warned, "There will be a great destructive act committed in your city of New York."
