So, you don’t like Trump for whatever reason…his lack of humility, his tendency to be brash and talk plainly, what some would call unpresidential. Maybe you don’t care for his confidence, his no-nonsense Reaganesque approach without the charm. Maybe you don’t trust a man who doesn’t drink, smoke, or relax with a joint. Could it be his tendency to see issues in a light others can’t see…the way he removes the veil to see clearly…his unwillingness to do things the same old way and not accomplish anything? Well, then don’t vote for him.
Maybe you didn’t like Trump stopping China and Russia from running rough-shod over the world without fear of reprisal. Maybe you are against the new peace initiatives in the Middle East unheard of up until now. Or maybe the lack of new reasons to go to war. It’s possible you liked MS13 having carte blanche in our neighborhoods, killing and assaulting without the distraction of law enforcement. It could be you want to see police officers get their ‘comeupins’ for that ticket you got some time ago. Never mind that you have no idea who to call otherwise if you or your family is in need.
Maybe President Trump shouldn’t have had over a dozen US hostages freed, including those Obama and Biden could not get released.
What you might consider, instead, is voting to protect your 1st Amendment rights, your right to free speech, to say what is on your mind without retaliation. You may want to vote to protect your right to worship God as you please without persecution.
Under Trump’s leadership, violent crime has gone down every year he has been in office except now for the Democrat cities that are in rebellion. You may want to keep your 2nd Amendment right to protect yourself and your family from the violent criminals the Democrats have let loose. Or how about the roving self-righteous, ignorant mobs that are determined to dictate how you should live, what you should say, how you should vote, and a government that is going mad, especially now that these Democrats are blaming the police for all the ills in society they themselves created.
Maybe you want our national elections to be determined by only the largest states leaving the others without representation or any reason to stay in the Union. You may want the Democrats to allow additional states so as to guarantee control of Congress for the foreseeable future, or pack the Supreme Court so they can effectively dictate without legal reprisal. BTW, they refuse to answer any questions concerning these topics…hmmm.
Before China purposely released their bioweapon on America, carefully nurtured by the Democrat Party as a weapon of political war, the Trump administration created the greatest economy in our history. He demonstrated his racism by lowering poverty rates for African-Americans and Hispanic-Americans the lowest since the U.S. began collecting data. Employment rates, in general, the highest ever created, with 400,000 new manufacturing jobs we were told by Obama were never coming back, unemployment for youth a 50-year low.
Could it be that you didn’t want Flint, Michigan to get $100 million to fix their water infrastructure problem? Or, how about the $124 million Trump committed to rebuild rural water infrastructure.
Could it be that you don’t care that Trump ended gag orders on pharmacists that prevented them from sharing money-saving information or allowing drug imports from Canada to lower drug prices? I know, it’s all the new affordable generic drugs the FDA approved under Trump, the most in history, that you don’t like. Under Obama, drug prices rose 3.6% per year, while under Trump, drug prices have gone down year over year.
It could be you didn’t like the ‘Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act’ which gives law enforcement new tools to fight sex trafficking. Ice arrested 1,588 criminals associated with human trafficking and is building a wall to watch closely who enters our country. Trump provided grants to organizations that support human trafficking victims with 9,000 cases in just the first year.
Could it be you didn’t like the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that doubled the amount of the child tax credit and lifted the income limits to make sure more families qualify? Was it wrong that Trump called on Congress to pass school choice legislation so students aren’t trapped in bad schools?
Maybe you thought it a waste to sign into law funding packages for research and support into autism, child cancer, or lupus.
Maybe you don’t care that he signed into law making cruelty to animals a federal felony.
Maybe you were adverse to the ‘Save Our Seas Act’ which funds $10 million a year to clean tons of plastic and garbage from the ocean.
‘Listen’ to what the Democrats don’t say, not what they do say
Did you like becoming the world’s largest producer of crude oil or becoming oil independent with gas prices half what they were 5-years ago?
How about requiring hospitals to post their standard charges for services including the discounted price they are willing to accept? Was that OK? VA hospital employees are now being held accountable for poor performance with over 4,000 VA employees removed, demoted or suspended.
Trump showed his anti-Semitism by signing an executive order that allows the government to withhold money from college campuses deemed to be anti-Semitic and who fail to combat anti-Semitism. He further showed his racism by receiving the Bipartisan Justice Award at an historically Black college for his criminal justice reform.
Maybe you enjoyed, with some level of depravity, President Trump never getting a moments peace or cooperation from his ‘loyal’ opposition, and the media, and STILL achieving a level of progress never before seen since he took office.
I have never in my lifetime witnessed such an assault on a president to this magnitude by corrupt politicians and a corrupt media. The toughest job in the world made infinitely more difficult. This election will be a dangerous, massive pretense, a cloak, a farce. ‘Listen’ to what the Democrats don’t say, not what they do say.
So, if you don’t like Trump. Maybe what you would call an unpresidential demeanor, is his commitment to America and just a lack of BS.
