Leading pro-life groups spent all of 2020 telling Americans that Joe Biden was no moderate on abortion. They pointed out how he supports abortions up to birth, paid for at taxpayer expense, and would push abortion extensively if elected president. Those are reasons why the Planned Parenthood abortion business gave Biden its full endorsement.

With his appointment to key policy positions, Biden is making good on his abortion agenda.

Biden has nominated California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, a radical pro-abortion politician with no medical background, to run HHS and he named Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo, who signed a state law legalizing abortions for basically any reason up to birth, Commerce Secretary. Biden chose a New Mexico congresswoman who was accused of defaming young, pro-life teenagers at the March for Life as his Secretary of the Interior. His choice for chief of staff, Ronald Klain, recently described himself as a “soldier” in the army of the radical pro-abortion group NARAL.

And now Biden has chosen another abortion supporter to oversee the COVID vaccination effort.

Biden has tapped Dr. David Kessler, the former head of the Food and Drug Administration during the Clinton administration, to lead the nation’s vaccination effort. Kessler, who will become the chief science officer of the COVID-19 response according to a press release from Biden’s transition website, will be responsible for Biden’s vaccination plan.

But Kessler was instrumental in getting the abortion drug approved and fast-tracked in the United States, which has killed millions of babies in abortions.

President Bill Clinton’s first action as president was to promote the dangerous abortion drug RU 486 and set the wheels in motion for its approval. Kessler oversaw that process and a report from Judicial Watch showed he expedited it to please abortion activists.

“As our report shows, the Clinton administration pushed the abortion pill through the approval process in order to appease the abortion lobby,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in 2006 after reviewing Clinton library papers. “These new documents prove the RU-486 approval process was infected by raw politics.”

Clinton pushed for FDA approval to sell the abortion drug in the U.S. despite a refusal from the drug’s manufacturer to do that. The papers reveal President Clinton ordered the Department of Health and Human Services and the FDA to coordinate the marketing of RU-486 as his first official act in office. Within one month, Kessler had met with the RU-486 manufacturer and parent company.

Official U.S. government political, economic and diplomatic pressure was brought to bear to strong-arm the companies into changing their policies in order to make the drug available in the United States, Judicial Watch says about the documents.

In one confidential memo, former HHS Secretary Donna Shalala “brags” that she and Kessler personally changed the positions of the makers of RU-486 to market the abortion pill in the United States.

The memos say the FDA was compromised in its role as an objective reviewer of the safety and efficacy of the drug because of its active role in brokering a deal between pharmaceutical firms and a pro-abortion group that obtained the rights to the abortion drug.

The pro-abortion leaders slated to fill Biden’s administration also include:

U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris of California as vice president

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh as secretary of labor

Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo as commerce secretary

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra as secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

New Mexico Congresswoman Deb Haaland as secretary of the interior

Former Obama and Clinton administration leader Ronald Klain as chief of staff

Pro-Abortion Samantha Power to head USAID

After pushing the abortion drug on America, Kessler will now oversee the national vaccination effort — which will plant more seeds of doubt in the minds of Americans who already distrust some of the vaccines that were made with or tested on cells from a baby killed in abortion.
