A chilling new message from Osama bin Laden is being circulated among British Islamic extremists, calling for attacks on civilians and describing the 'Islamic nation' as 'eager for martyrdom'.

Details of the 4,000-word letter from the terrorist leader emerged as the British Government issued its strongest warning yet last night that attacks by bin Laden's al-Qaeda organization on the UK are 'inevitable'.

Security authorities in Europe and America are concerned al-Qaeda is planning a major strike. Two weeks ago bin Laden issued a message on an audio cassette, proving he was alive and raising fears it presaged new attacks.

TERRORISM TO COME TO NORTH AMERICA
Our Lady - "And your country, My child, the United States, and Canada also, will receive the heavy hand of the Father soon upon them. We can no longer protect them from what is to come about within the blood flowing in the streets of the United States. Bin laden issues a direct threat to the West: 'Anyone who tries to destroy our villages and cities, then we are going to destroy their villages and cities. Anyone who steals our fortunes, then we must destroy their economy. Anyone who kills our civilians, then we are going to kill their civilians.'

Most of bin Laden's letter comprises a lengthy list of grievances against the West. The fugitive terrorist, who is believed to be hiding in the border regions between eastern Afghanistan and Pakistan, mounts a sustained attack on the 'immorality' of Western society.

Christmas Blitz - Allies have six-week window to bomb Iraq...

PENTAGON chiefs have pinpointed a six-week "window of opportunity" in which to launch a war against Iraq.

Officials are now openly briefing diplomats that they "want to light the blue touch paper". If a blitz is authorized, all the signs point to a December 16 start with the "window" stretching beyond Christmas until the end of January. Cool clear weather and long winter nights would be ideally suited for a hi-tech bombing campaign.

Planes and troops could move under the cover of darkness, minimizing the risk of casualties. The campaign would involve hundreds of jets— including British warplanes—cruise missiles and stealth bombers. The Americans plan to pound Iraq for a month before launching a massive ground invasion from Kuwait in the south and Turkey in the north. British and Irish diplomats based in Washington were called in last week for the latest update in the plans.

They will be raised in a special House of Commons debate tomorrow. The government are also expected to call out the Territorial Army to provide emergency cover during the fire dispute—replacing army units currently manning Green Goddesses. American special forces are secretly training more than 5,000 Iraqi rebels to spearhead their planned invasion. Senior Pentagon sources have confirmed the dissidents will be ready to join American and British troops within the next two months.

Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein has until December 8 to disclose how many weapons of mass destruction he has. America is expected to immediately accuse him of lying. And an immediate attack would be triggered if UN weapons inspectors currently in Baghdad find Saddam has tried to deceive them.

The rebel army—made up of Kurdish rebels from Northern Iraq, Marsh Arabs from the south and military defectors from the elite Republican Guard—has been training in Kuwait since August.

Now Our Lady is pointing over beyond them. And I see more people, hundreds and hundreds of people. They're dressed in uniforms. They're like, they look like brownish-green uniforms. I can't tell... they seem like men and women—yes, they're men and women, but they're all dressed alike, in pants. And they're marching. The great Battle of Lepanto was won by the Most Holy Rosary…
Four hundred years ago the Ottoman Empire (Moslems) was conquering the world. A powerful Ottoman armada advanced on a badly out manned and out gunned Christian navy. The world was in great danger. All that stood between the Ottomans and Western Civilization were a relatively few ships, a small number of valiant men and the Holy Rosary. So the men knelt in prayer and invoked the intercession of their Heavenly Mother. Pope Pius V asked the Christian world to pray the Rosary for the success of this crusade.
     After disappointing delays, the league fleet under Don John of Austria smashed the big Moslem fleet at Lepanto on October 7, 1571. The delighted Saint Pius V established on October 7, the Feast of the Most Holy Rosary and of Our Lady of Victory to commemorate this astounding victory, which he attributed to Mary's intercession. (On October 7, 2001, the United States started bombing Muslim terrorists in Afghanistan.) This miraculous Christian victory at Lepanto is now widely regarded as a decisive moment in the history of Western Civilization.
    Today, we are in the grip of another decisive moment a life or death struggle to defeat the world of terrorism and war by Muslim terrorists and Communist forces. Once again we are out manned and out gunned even though the media would have us believe otherwise.
    But we do have a more powerful weapon, the Most Holy Rosary. And through the Rosary, we have recourse to the all-powerful intercession of our Heavenly Mother. Truly, never was it known that anyone who fled to Her protection, implored Her help or sought Her intercession was left unaided. Here is how to say the Rosary.
