Every battle has its heroes. When character is tested to the upmost, those who are faithful and true are still standing and fighting. The cowards expose themselves by betraying their duty and fleeing the battle.
Senator John Kerry dishonored his country and promoted the cause of the enemy of the United States in time of war. The Swift Boat Veterans and POWs have endured ridicule and calumny to expose Senator John Kerry for the traitor that he is. The Swift Boat Veterans have fought for their country, and remained faithful and true. [see their ads and documentary...]
"Catholic" John Kerry also betrayed the Catholic Church and the unborn, promising, "I will not overturn Roe v Wade; I will not appoint judges hostile to 'choice;' I will allow poor women to have free abortions; I will never outlaw abortion; I will increase American taxpayer's dollars on population control efforts around the world." [2004 Transcript of John Kerry's address at the January 21, 2003 NARAL Dinner] According to canon law 1398, Kerry has incurred a 'latę sententię' excommunication and is not permitted to receive Holy Communion until he repents and accepts Church teaching. Yet Kerry continues to receive Holy Communion throughout the United States, which is a sacrilege.
Out of 365 U.S. Bishops, 46 U.S. Archbishops, and 12 U.S. Cardinals, only 2 Archbishops and 10 Bishops have publicly stated that they would obey the teaching of the Catholic Church and deny the Eucharist to Kerry and other pro-abortion politicians.

President Bush carried the Catholic vote during this election. Consider the importance of the Catholic vote, according to a PBS article on swing voters:
"According to ABC News polling director, Gary Langer, there are only two true swing groups in America -- independents and white Catholics. According to Langer, if you win both of those groups you are likely to win the election.... Catholics and independents, however, have swung to both sides in past presidential elections. Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton all won the votes of Catholics and independents, subsequently winning their elections."
The pro-abortion Bill Clinton won the Catholic vote twice due to the failure of the U.S. bishops to properly inform their flock. From a persistent instruction by a handful of good bishops preceding this election, a decisive number of Catholics voted pro-life.
We encourage you to write or call these bishops and express your gratitude for their defense of the unborn, moral guidance to millions of Catholics before the election, and barring pro-abortion politicians from committing sacrilege against Jesus in the most Blessed Sacrament.
